NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

Notice is hereby given that the 48th Annual General Meeting of the Association of Ex-Students
of La Salle & Sacred Heart will be held at the Students Activity Centre, Tanjung Aru on the
3 May 2008 (Saturday) at 1.00 p.m. to conduct the following business: -

AGENDA

a) Call to Order/Adoption of Agenda

b) Opening Address by Alumni President

c) Confirmation of minutes of the 47th AGM held on 26 May 2007 and EGM held on 2 February
2008 and matters arising there from

d) To receive the Executive Committee’s report for the year 2007/2008

e) To receive the Treasurer’s Report and the Audited Financial Accounts for the year ended 2007

f) To elect members of the Executive Committee for the year 2008/2010

g) Appointment of Auditor

h) Any other business
